Terms.

These terms govern every booking made with Kate Ushakova Photography. By paying a deposit, you agree to the conditions below.

Deposit and booking

  • A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total project amount is required to confirm and secure a booking.
  • The deposit is a reservation guarantee and is not refundable on cancellation.
  • Rescheduling is permitted one time only.

Copyright and confidentiality

  • Before the shoot, a release form must be signed granting Kate permission to use the photographs for her portfolio and social media.
  • Full confidentiality (restricting Kate from publishing the images) is available for an additional €300.

Payment and delivery

  • After the shoot, clients receive professionally edited photos with a watermark for review.
  • Final high-resolution files are delivered without watermarks once the remaining 70% balance is paid.

Timeline and format

  • Standard turnaround for the final gallery: up to 1 week.
  • Expedited delivery (1–3 days) available on request for an additional €200.
  • Delivery format: JPG, via a personal link to an online gallery or Google Drive.
  • Raw/unedited files are not provided under any circumstance.
